As well as addressing many difficulties, including anxiety, depression, isolation and loss, I also provide self-development work in areas such as identity, assertiveness, creativity, personal meaning and life transitions. I have a particular interest in workplace problems. I support executives and professionals in both the private and public sectors to address the internal obstacles and external pressures they face in the modern workplace.

I work in a sensitive and collaborative manner, drawing upon my training in Transactional Analysis, EMDR and contemporary psychoanalytic thinking. I offer weekly or twice-weekly sessions – some people attend on an open-ended basis, others use sessions until a particular issue has been resolved.
