An important part of my employee assistance work has been the assessment and referral of clients for counselling. This has involved the case management of other counsellors’ work. In recent years I have assessed over 2,000 clients and made appropriate referrals to other counsellors or appropriate forms of support.

I offer 3-session assessment contracts, both face-to-face and over the telephone, to explore with clients which sort of professional help might be the route forward for them.
