A variety of formats is available. Some clients focus on a
particular issue for a number of sessions, perhaps to ease their
way through a difficult period at work. They may follow this
up with an occasional ‘check-in’ session. Others
use a one-off session to explore a workplace issue that they
don’t feel ready to share with a colleague.
Telephone work can be particularly useful for clients who travel
around frequently or at short notice. Clients who have a very
busy schedule can fit in a telephone session at work or home.
