9. Booking and
Payment for Sessions
Entry to and use of the Site by a Site User does not
by itself make the Site User a client of Christian.
No contract for services exists between Christian and
any Site User until an appointment for a first session
has been mutually agreed and payment has been received.
Christian reserves the right to decline to make an appointment
for a session with any Site User.
The Site does not offer or entail any
on-line services. All services provided by Christian
are either provided face-to-face or on the telephone.
Booking and payment for face-to-face
work: Face-to-face sessions are booked on a week-by-week
basis and are paid for at the end of each session. Missed
sessions are payable at the next session. Seven days
notice of a cancelled session is required, otherwise
the fee is payable in full, unless another mutually
convenient time can be found within the following week.
The price per session is detailed on the Site.
Booking and payment for telephone work:
Once an initial contract for telephone work has been
agreed, an arrangement will be made for the first telephone
session to occur, at a pre-arranged date and time. Christian
will be responsible for making the call at the prearranged
time, but if the client is not available at that time
and has not given notice of such, the fee will still
be payable. Seven days notice of a cancelled session
is required, otherwise the fee is payable in full, unless
another mutually convenient time can be found within
the following week. Payment for each session must be
received in advance of the session; this can be paid
by debit or credit card. The price per session is detailed
on the Site.
Christian only works with adults of
18 years of age or over. By entering into a contract
for services with Christian, a Site User warrants that
they are 18 years of age or over. |
|
10. Refund Policy
Sessions that have been paid for will be refunded if
they are cancelled with more than one week’s notice.
In the unlikely event that Christian
is unable to conduct a session that has been paid for,
the fee for that session will be refunded. |
|
11. Complaints
If a Site User wishes to make a complaint for any reason,
they should contact Christian.
Christian is a member of Metanoia Institute,

Analysis. He abides by the Codes of Ethics and Codes
of Professional Practice of both those organisations.
In the event of an unresolved complaint to which those
Codes of Ethics and Codes of Professional Practice apply,
Christian agrees to be bound by the decisions of the
Metanoia Institute, and the Institute of Transactional
Analysis. |
